By participating in the Cody AI: Spring Workout Contest, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Cody AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2 Contest Participation

• Participants must generate lyrics using Cody AI and create a song using any AI music generator of their choice.
• Entries must be submitted via the designated Cody AI Discord server before the deadline.
• Contest is open worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
• No age restriction applies to participation.

3 Ownership and Usage Rights

• Participants retain full ownership of their submitted songs.
• By submitting an entry, participants grant Cody AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, promote, and showcase their song for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Cody AI will credit the creator when featuring their song in promotions.

4 Judging & Results

• Entries will be judged internally by Cody AI staff based on creativity, catchiness, energy, and relevance to a workout theme.
• All decisions made by Cody AI judges are final and non-contestable.

5 No Liability

• Cody AI is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes regarding submitted songs. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• Cody AI is not liable for any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from participation in this contest.

6 Dispute Resolution

By entering, participants agree to resolve any disputes through out-of-court arbitration, waiving their right to pursue legal action in traditional court systems.

7 Modification & Termination

Cody AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
